What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver halal meal prep across the Lower Mainland every Sunday. Our delivery area includes Surrey, Langley, Burnaby, Vancouver, Richmond, Coquitlam, New Westminster, Delta, and White Rock.

Is all your food halal?

Yes. Every ingredient we use is halal-certified or halal-verified. We source our meats from trusted halal suppliers and prepare all meals in our commercial kitchen in Surrey, BC. We do not use pork, alcohol, or any non-halal ingredients.

How does the weekly meal prep subscription work?

You choose your meals from our rotating weekly menu, select your preferred portion size, and place your order by Thursday. We prepare everything fresh in our commercial kitchen and deliver to your door every Sunday. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime.

Do you offer catering for weddings and events?

Yes. We offer full-service halal catering for weddings, corporate events, parties, and private gatherings across Metro Vancouver. Our catering packages include Turkish-style buffets, grilled platters, and custom menus. Contact us at 604-227-1703 for a quote.

How should I store and reheat my meals?

Fresh meal prep should be refrigerated and consumed within 4-5 days of delivery. To reheat, microwave for 2-3 minutes or use an oven at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Our frozen meals can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months.

What is the minimum order for delivery?

There is no minimum order for our weekly meal prep deliveries. For catering orders, minimums vary by package. Contact us directly for catering details and pricing.

Can I customize my meals or request dietary modifications?

We can accommodate most dietary preferences including dairy-free, nut-free, and low-carb options within our weekly menu. For specific dietary requirements or allergies, please contact us before placing your order so we can work with you.

Do you offer frozen halal meals?

Yes. We offer a selection of frozen halal meals including our popular Turkish Lahmacun (10-pack) and Beef Pide (6-pack). These are prepared fresh, flash-frozen, and shipped ready to heat and eat. Browse our frozen meals collection on our website.

How do I reheat the meals?

Meals are packed in microwave-safe, airtight containers. Simply reheat until warmed through. Heating time may vary depending on your appliance.

Do you offer add-ons?

Yes. Optional add-ons may include items like: Frozen lahmacun, Frozen pide, Naan bread, Drinks (when available). Add-ons can be selected during checkout or with your weekly order.

What areas do you deliver to?

We currently deliver across Surrey and select areas of the Lower Mainland. Delivery availability is shown at checkout.

Are your meals halal?

Yes. All meals are prepared using halal ingredients.

Do you offer vegetarian options?

Yes. Each week's menu typically includes vegetarian-friendly options, which will be clearly labeled on the menu.

Are your meals gluten-free?

Some meals are naturally gluten-free or gluten-friendly. However, our kitchen also handles gluten, so we cannot guarantee a completely gluten-free environment. If you have severe allergies, please contact us before ordering.

How should I store my meals?

Meals should be refrigerated upon delivery and enjoyed within a few days for best freshness.

When are meals cooked and delivered?

All meals are cooked fresh and delivered on Sundays. Delivery takes place Sunday afternoon across Surrey and the Lower Mainland.

How do I place an order?

You can order by selecting a weekly meal plan (6, 10, or 15 meals) or by ordering individual items when available. Meals can be chosen ahead of time, or the chef can prepare a balanced assortment for you.

What is the weekly order cutoff?

Orders and meal selections must be placed by Thursday night for Sunday delivery.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes. Subscriptions are flexible and can be paused, skipped, or cancelled at any time through your account.

What happens if I don't choose my meals?

If you don't select your meals before the cutoff, the chef will select a balanced assortment from the weekly menu on your behalf.
