Not everyone wants to eat their meals within the week. Sometimes you need a freezer stocked with halal options for those nights when cooking isn't happening and you don't want to order delivery. That's what our frozen halal meals are for.
Same quality as our fresh weekly meals — same recipes, same halal-certified ingredients, same 28 oz portions — but flash-frozen so they keep for up to three months. Pull one out, reheat, and eat. No planning required.
Our weekly fresh meals are designed to be eaten within 4-5 days of delivery. They're ideal for people who want to plan their week's dinners ahead of time.
Frozen meals are built for flexibility. Order them in bulk, stack your freezer, and use them whenever you need them. They're perfect for:
Weeks when you forgot to order fresh meals by Thursday. Nights when your schedule falls apart and you need dinner in 10 minutes. Stocking up before Ramadan so suhoor and iftar are handled. Sending halal meals with a university student who doesn't have time to cook. Keeping backup meals in the freezer for postpartum recovery or illness.
Our frozen selection rotates but typically includes our most popular dishes: grilled chicken with herbed rice, lamb stew with root vegetables, beef adana kebab plates, Turkish lentil soup, and Mediterranean vegetable dishes. Browse the current frozen meal selection here.
Every frozen meal is cooked fresh in our halal kitchen, portioned into 28 oz containers, and flash-frozen to lock in flavour and texture. We don't use preservatives or fillers. The only difference between our frozen meals and our fresh weekly meals is the freezing step.
Reheating is simple: microwave for 5-7 minutes or oven at 350°F for 15-20 minutes. Full instructions are printed on each container.
Frozen meals are priced the same as our fresh options — $12-$18 per 28 oz container. There's no minimum order.
You can order frozen meals alongside your weekly subscription or as standalone one-time purchases.
Frozen meals are delivered with our regular Sunday delivery across Metro Vancouver: Surrey, Langley, Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Coquitlam, and surrounding areas.
