Classic Turkish Buffet: A traditional spread featuring mixed grilled kebabs, saffron rice pilaf, seasonal roasted vegetables, Turkish salads, hummus and mezze, fresh bread, and baklava for dessert. This is our most-booked package for weddings and large celebrations.
Grilled Favourites Buffet: Focused on the grill — lamb chops, chicken shish, adana kebab, kofte — alongside herbed rice, grilled vegetable platters, and fresh salads. Popular for outdoor events, backyard parties, and summer gatherings.
Custom Buffet: Don't see exactly what you want? We'll build a buffet menu around your preferences, dietary needs, and event style. Mix Turkish classics with Mediterranean dishes, add a live carving station, or include a dedicated kids' section.
Depending on your package and service level, buffet catering can include: all food preparation and delivery, chafing dishes and serving equipment, setup and teardown at your venue, serving staff, disposable or rental tableware, and cleanup.
We also offer drop-off buffet service if you prefer to handle setup and serving yourself. Food arrives hot, in catering trays, with serving utensils and clear labels.
